Peaceoholics: A new D.C. youth movement

In reaction to the spike in the juvenile crime rate this summer, former D.C. Police Chief Charles Ramsey enforced a 10 p.m. curfew. The curfew has since been lifted, but youth violence has continued to decrease throughout the District with the help of two men who have a different perspective on youth intervention. Ronald Moten and Jauhar Abraham said they know how to prevent crime and enhance academic and social development.
