Anniversary observance in D.C. and nationwide

On this day, five years ago, the United States initiated the Iraq War. Never in the time since has discussion and argument about the provocative conflict ceased. Reporting on the anniversary captured the front pages of newspapers nationwide today, and likewise has sparked a flurry of blog reactions from both sides of the contentious debate. In D.C. and around the nation, people gathered in protest of the war, asking for an end to the conflict in Iraq.
